Reporting to the Deputy Athletic Director for External Relations, the Head Women’s Flag Football Coach will establish and lead Saint Anselm College’s women’s flag football program. The coach will build a program that supports the College’s Catholic, Benedictine mission and provides student-athletes with a strong academic, personal, and athletic experience.

The head coach will leads all aspects of the women’s flag football program,including coaching, student athlete development, recruitment, programadministration, and compliance with NCAA, conference, and Ithaca Collegerules and regulations. The head coach supports assigned Department ofAthletics compliance, administrative, special events, and game day functions.
