HOLIDAY CLINICS
The Holiday Clinics are seasonal flag football camps by the IFFA, created for girls ages 11–18. Held during key school breaks—late July, Christmas Week, and Spring Break—these clinics offer high-energy training, team-building, and leadership development in a fun, safe, and empowering environment.
Led by Dr. Deliah Autry, Director of IFFA and member of the U.S. Women’s National Flag Football Team, the Holiday Clinics welcome girls of all skill levels, from first-time players to seasoned athletes. The program removes financial barriers by being offered completely free or at very low cost.

Why It Matters
Girls of color are often underrepresented in sports and underserved during school breaks. The Holiday Clinics were designed to change that. With expert coaching and culturally responsive mentorship, girls gain more than skills—they gain belonging and belief.
As flag football heads to the 2028 Olympic Games, IFFA is committed to making sure every girl—especially those most often left out—has a place on the field and a path to thrive.
