For flag football—one of the fastest-growing sports in the world and now recognized by the NCAA and the International Olympic Committee—NIL creates a pathway for female athletes and rising stars to build visibility, connect with sponsors, and shape their futures beyond the field.
The International Flag Football Association is proud to launch the first-ever free FLag NIL Collective & Accelerator for high school, club, college, and professional athletes. Participants learn how to grow their personal brands, connect with national and local companies, and even get paid for partnerships that reflect their values and passions. Dr. Santia Deck is a trailblazing professional athlete, entrepreneur, and advocate redefining what’s possible for women in sports and business. Known globally for her groundbreaking achievements in football and her influence as the first female athlete to own a shoe company, Dr. Deck brings a powerful mix of athletic excellence, business innovation, and personal empowerment to everything she does. As the leader of the IFFA Flag NIL Collective & Accelerator, she helps athletes build their brands, secure NIL deals, and prepare for success beyond the game.
Flag NIL Collective
When you join the Flag NIL Collective, you’ll gain access to a supportive community, brand resources, and NIL education designed to help athletes, families, and coaches navigate the Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) space with confidence. The Collective provides quarterly workshops for coaches and parents, helping them understand how to guide and support athletes as they explore NIL opportunities.
Athletes who show strong interest, participation, and passion for NIL through the Collective will be invited to join the free Flag NIL Accelerator, where they’ll receive advanced training on building their personal brand, creating high-impact content, pitching directly to sponsors, and securing NIL deals even without a large social following.
Throughout the four-week live Accelerator, participants take part in weekly challenges, receive direct NIL deal opportunities, and gain access to year-round support that includes digital templates, pitch scripts, and exclusive content from Dr. Deck.
